So is why Temperature is among the most measured parameters🚧!
Temperature variables can be measured, ama sensed, either through direct contact with the heating source or remotely, without direct contact🍖!

Yes, You know how Atoms, ‘certain tiny particlesare the fundamental building blocks of everything everyone around You, from the air You breathe to water that makes beer, rocks, plants, animals, You Yourself Your body🏋️‍♂️.These atoms ‘can be’ in motion,  in perpetual motion, ranging from vibrating in solids to freely moving in gases👩‍🦽.
Heat, ama ‘temperature’ changes f*k these atoms’ stability📌!
For example, that nonsense when boiling water🧐!
You see atoms (particles) becoming like drank, forming bubbles😳!
Put a special liquid ‘sipeso likwidi’ (O) that is sensitive to temperature changes, put the liquid (O) into something with gauge🩺!
As temperature rises at (S) the atoms in the liquid ‘sipeso likwidi’ (O) become f*kt, start rising along the gauge☝👇!

FACT‘s REALITY📚
In the👇 demonstrations below,
Temperature changes significantly impact electrical components🤠!
Most conductors, increasing temperature raises resistance due to increased atomic vibrations hindering electron flow🥤!
Consequently, if voltage is constant, higher temperatures decrease current flow🤷‍♀️!
Conversely, for semiconductors (like NTC thermistors), rising temperatures decrease resistance🛺!
To a known appliedelectricityacross a conductor (Sensor), an electronic control unit (ECU) just looks out for changes in,
voltage, or current, or resistance🤷‍♀️!
Conductor’s  resistance,
as temperature increases, resistance increases🍻🥂.
The voltage drop across a conductor increases
(if current is constant),
or
current decreases (if voltage is constant)🍻🥂.
Contrary to metals,
semiconductor resistance decreases as temperature rises🤷‍♂️.

MONITORING (sensing)TECHNICS📚
Start imagining🧐
At one end (O), joining two wires made of dissimilar metals or alloys whose levels of stupidity differs🤪!
As described in the picture☝,
some magic (at S) creates some potential difference🔌!
The opposite ends of these wires are connected to a device that measures the voltage🤠!
The voltage (potential difference) is proportional to whatever changes in Temperature👌!
A temperature sensor is already made this way🤷‍♀️!
The ‘Babylon’ call this type, thermocouple🤷‍♂️!
The thermocouple ‘ujinga’ involves creating a reliable, conductive junction and making sure to protect the wires ensure accurate temperature-dependent voltage generation📌!

There are many different temperature sensors👌!
However  be SMD (surface mounted), it could be a temperaturedependent voltage generator, temperaturedependent voltage, current, resistor🤷‍♂️!Input a voltage (at S & I), then,
whatever voltage comes out (at O & Z) depends on the temperature influence at (on, M, C, H, E, A, L)🧘‍♂️!
DS1621 Digital Thermometer (L) shouldn’t confuse You😢!
Imagine one of them (C, H, E, A) is inside (L),
with (2L) an ADC that converts, digitizes whatever linear, analog output (O, Z)🤷‍♀️!

Infrared (IR) temperature sensor (M) measures surface temperature from a distance by detecting the infrared energy emitted from whatever measured🤷‍♀️!

A lens focuses this IR radiation onto a detector which converts it into an electrical signal, which signal is converted into a temperature reading🩺!
For accurate readings, the sensor must NOT be properly aimed at the target😁😀,

APP sensor (Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor)

Accelator Position Sensor, au ‘sensa’ ya kanyagio cha kuongeza kasi ya gari, namna jina ilivyo, inapeleka umbea kuhusu kiwango dereva amakanyaga ki kanyagio, kwenda kwenye kompyuta ya gari!

 

Sasa, kulingana na habari hii, kompyuta itajua niaje kuhusu kiasi cha mafuta cha mafuta uachiliwa kuchomwa, obviously na kiasi gani cha hewa ile throttle iwachilie!
Sensoryenyewe ipo hapo, juu ya kanyagio!

Moduli ya kanyagio inaweza kuundwa kwa uchawi wa, potentiometer au wa Magnetic Hall Effect, kulingana, au namna hii video itakuonesha ndani zaidi!
Namna yeyote, lakini Sensor hii inasajili fasta fasta harakati na msimamo wa kanyagio cha kuongeza kasi.


May be ukitaka ‘kulewa’ zaidi sana kuhusu huo uchawi wa Magnetic Hall Effect, bonyeza tu HAPA au kwenye hii picha chini!

Jinsi umeelewa, au kukumbuka, hii sensor inapeleka umbea kwenye kompyuta ya gari, alafu kompyuta inamuambia Throtle kiasi ya kufunguka, obviously na blaa bla zingine kwenye CAN, kiasi cha mafuta kinachohitajika, kulingana…
Na sababu kwanini zinakuanga sensor mbili ndani ya moja, au?

Sawa, jinsi tumejua kompyuta au ECU inatuma umeme 5V kuzungukia kwenye kila moja ya hizi sensor nani ya APP sensor, na juu ya huo uchawi wa  Hall Effect au Variable Resistance, kulingana kiasi ya mzunguko ata resistance itabadilika!
Sasa, wakati unapima, ukiona waya 6, lazima upate 5V mbili, ground au negative mbili, na siginal ….mbi?

MAP sensor

MAP sensor, au, Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor, inapima kiasi au uzito wa mkusanyiko wa hewa uliopo kwenye ‘intake manifold’!
Mkusanyo wa hewa ukijumulisha na hewa inaotoka njia za mfumo zingine kama, EGR, TURBO, PCV, nk!Manifold ni hicho ki bla blaa kabla hewa kuingia cylinder au baada ya Throttle

Hii sensor inaeza kuwekwa popote, kulingana gari, ili mradi kuna njia yakufikia kupima hiyo hewa!

MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR

Jina kamili la hii Sensor ni, Mass Air Flow Sensor! Kwa wengi inajulikana zaidi kama MAF sensor, mara Air Mass, nk!

Ingawa inaweza kuwa na majina mengi, inawajibika kwa kazi moja tu, kupima kiasi cha hewa, na ujoto wa hiyo hewa, inayoingia kwenye injini, na kupeleka taarifa hii kwenye kompyuta ya gari, yaani ECU au PCM au ‘kontulo boxi’!

Kompyuta au ECU kulingfana hii taarifa, ndo itajua kiasi gani cha mafuta kinachohitajika!

Hii sensor imewekwa kwenye bomba la uingizaji hewa, baada ya chujio au filter ya kusafisha hewa! Hapo chini kuna video inaonesha kila so tunafanya maandishi haya kuwa mafupi, chini kwenye hii page tunakupa muhtasari mafupi au summary, ikiwa ungependa maelezo zaidi, unaweza kutazama video! Kwenye video kuna blaa blaa ya aina za hii sensor!


HAPA NDO VIDEO UKITAKA KUTAZAMA ULEWE ZAIDI


Nadhani umehelewa kwanini zingine utakuta zina waya moja, mbili, zingine tatu, zingine nne, tano, sita, nk!
Zikwa waya tatu au nne inakuwa tu Air flow meter ya kupima tu uzito!


Ikiwa way moja au mbili inakuwa tu Intake Air Temperature ya kupima tu ujoto wa hewa inaoingia!
ECU inatuma 5V zizungunkie kwenye hii sensor, kulingana mbadiliko ya resistance, hapo ECU iatajua kama ni mazingira ya baridi au moto!


Na zikiwa tano au ata sita, kumanisha Airflow Meter pamoja na Intake Air Temperature, au Mass AirFlow SensorECU inatuma +5V na -5V zizungukie kwenye upande wa IAT katika hii sensor!
MAF power (+) inatokea battery moja kwa moja ikiwa switch ON! Ground ya MAF inakuwa ya kugawana!
MAF siginal ndo inaenda kwa ECU, Negative au Ground ya siginal inapatikana automatically, hahahahahhah…


Lakini, kwenye mfimo mingine, unaezakuta hakuna upande wa IAT sensor, inakuwa upande wa kupima uzito tu! Waya zote nne zinakuwa niaje kama hapa chini!


Au kugawana waya moja GROUND, lakini kila kitatoka kwenye ECU
