Electronic Stability Program (ESP) ama Electronic Stability Control (ESC), au tena Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), ni uchawi wa ku improve a computerised vehicle’s stability by detecting and reducing loss of traction (skidding).
ESP baada ya ku detect any loss of steering control, kuna namna it applies the brakes kuifanya gari irudi where the driver intends to go bila kupagawa namna tulijaribu kuelezea!
(S) Air, (Z) fuel, and (M) ignition, are the primary parameters of in a standard combustion Engine😎!So is why each👇, air control, ignition control, fuel control, each tends to have a dedicated (C4,C3,C2) microController listening to certain sensors and ‘actuating’ certain actuators📌!
For example, Fuel Control system has actuators, sensors,
for pressure, temperature, density, etc!

for pressure, temperature, density, etc!
Different, many, sensors, actuators on the engine🤔!
The inputs (S, Z, M) are controlled⚓!
As soon as ☝ exhaust valve (I) opens, smoke is emitted out of the engine!
This is when these Vehicle emission control systems‘ integrated technologies come in with their ‘ujinga’ to minimize or clean that harmful smoke from engines.

The Vehicle’s emission control system could include,
the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR)!
At (Z) the EGR recirculates a portion of engine exhaust back into the combustion chamber (S)😳!
Plus reducing the amount of ‘smoke‘ emissions,
the EGR indirectly lowers combustion temperatures.

That’s when Lambda, O2 sensor delete,
some could falsely label it as ‘CAT off‘ ‘ujanja’,

The Vehicle’s emission control system could include, Evaporative Emission Control (EVAP) that prevents fuel vapors from the fuel tank ( fuel system) from escaping into the atmosphere🤠!

The Vehicle’s emission control system could include, Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) that traps, stores, and burns off soot (particulate matter) from engines✌!

Some sensors & actuators involved! If any f*ks, or falsely reports f*k to the ECU, nonsense starts happen to the engine🤷♀️!

The Vehicle’s emission control system could include, Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) Valve (O),
which redirects (m), crankcase fumes (blowby gases) back, through (S), into the intake manifold🤷♀️! The Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve is, typically, usually, as in, most are a simple, mechanical, spring-loaded valve, not an electronic component🍖!
PCV nonsense uses engine vacuum to regulate crankcase pressure👌!

Eliminating the EGR valve kinda prevents carbon buildup in the intake which eventually reduces the risk of clogging, indirectly reducing engine, turbo, or valve failures🧐!
Remember, improperly configured deletes can increase exhaust temperatures, causing excessive stress on components, lead to cracked manifolds or failure😢!
May be whatever is causing You believe MUST do some ECU programming to the vehicle, is some minor external problem with the sensors or actuators🤷♂️!
Remember, how You read the ECU data will also determine what kinds of data You get, and what kind of tuning, programming to be done!
You get different data, via OBD mode, BOOT mode, BENCH mode!

Zamani, kwenye mfumo wa mafuta ya gari kulikuwanga pipe ya kurudisha mafuta kwenye tenki yakibaki, sasa kwa hizi gari mpya kuna sensor yakuchunguza kiasi cha mafuta yanaohitajika NA ndo hayo mafuta yatakaporuhusiwa kutoka!
Ndo sababu ingine kwanini unaona ka pipe moja kwenye tenki! Sasa, tulijaribu kumbushana uchawi kwenye FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR👨🔧
Ukitoa mugu kwenye accelerator pedal (ile yakuongeza nguvu ya gari) ata ule mfuniko wa kuruhusu hewa ingie kwa engine unaziba🤐 ina maana engine ikikosa hewa itazimika🤷🏼♂️!
Sasa uchawi wa IAC valve ni kufungua ka njia fulani ile hewa ipite kufika kwa engine ata ukitoa muugu👌 au tuseme ukitoka kwa gari inaendelea kuaka!
Assuming kwamba unajua crankshaft au camshaft ni nini, sasa ili kuweza kujua muda gani wakati cylinder fulani inafanya kitu gani na inahitaji nini, hizi CAMSHAFT na CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR kuna uchawi unaziwezesha kujua ipi niaje, na kupleka huu umbea kwenye computer ya gari namna tulijaribu kumbushana au kuoneshana🍻
Jinsi unavyojua, kifaa chenye uwezo kutembeza umeme kinabadilika kulingana ujoto au ubaridi🤔!
So computer ya gari inatuma umeme kuzunguka kwenye hii ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR , kuligana ujoto/ubaridi umeme (volts) zitazorudi kwa computer, either itapungua au kubaki niaje namana tulioneshana👨🔧
Hii KNOCK SENSOR ione kama microphone, inachukua au kusikilizia sauti ya engine na kupelekea ECU (control box) umbea!
Sasa kuna sauti ya kawaida ya engine ambao ECU imezoea, so like mafuta + hewa yakichomwa kwa muda au mahali ambao sio sahihi ya kwamba sauti ya engine itabadilika, hapo ECU ikipata sauti tofauti ya engine kupitia hii KNOCK SENSOR itajua kuna uchawi wa engine knock (a.k.a detonation) umetokea!
Obviously unafahamu kwamba baada ya engine kuchoma mafuta + hewa kuna moshi unaotokea🤔, sii unajua au unaona huo moshini chafu, lakini huu moshi unafanywa kuzunguka kurudi au kuungana na ile hewa safi inaotokea nje gari!
Sasa, huu moshi kufanywa kuzunguka na kurudi kwenye engine kuna uchawi mwingi unatokea, kama kushusha temperature ya engine, kupunguza moshi unaotoka nje ya gari ili usiharibu mazingira, na blaa blaa blaa zingine!
Sasa hii EGR system unakuta kuna sensor & actuator nyigi ambao unapswa kujua au kumbuka👨🔧!
Jinsi unafahamu, engine inahitaji mafuta & hewa ili vichanganyike vichomwe ndo engine ipata nguvu😎, ndiyo lakini kuna namna hewa & mafuta yanapaswa kuchanganyikwa (a.k.a stoichiometric ratio) as in kukiwepo mafuta lita 1 lazima hewa iwe kama lita 15🤷🏼♂️!
