AIRFLOW METER SENSOR
Either hii sensor inapima tu ujoto, AU inapima ujoto pamoja na uzito wa hewa inaoingia ndo hapo inaitwa Mass Airflow meter sensor!

Hewa ikifika kwenye inlet manifold itakutana hewa ingine inaotokea njia zingine kama Turbo, EGR, EVAP system, nk! Ina maana lazima au bora kuwepo namna ya kupima jumla ya hewa iliopo kwenye manifold kabla kuingia kwenye engine๐ค hapo ECU ama control ijue kiasi cha mafuta itafanya injector zitoe๐! So, hii MANIFOLD PRESSURE SENSOR ndo inapima jumla ya hewa iliopo kwenye inlet manifold! Hii sensor mara nyigi ni 3 wires๐ค, moja ni 12V au 5V, ingine ni Negative/ground, Ingine ni ya SignalHii sensor ilitengenezwa kwa uchwa waPIEZOELECTRIC EFFECT, ukibonyeza hapatulijaribu kuonesha maana ya huu uchawi

ACCELERATOR PEDAL POSITION SENSOR
Sii ujajua hizi gari za kisasa kile ki pedal ni cha umemeโก tofauti kwa zile gari za zamani kulikuanga ka metal fulani๐Sasa hii sensor ina sensor mbili kwa moja, because the other ni ya emegency kama upande moja ukiharibika, namna ya ufanyaji kazi na kupimwa in this video๐
Baada ya kuganyaga kwenye accelerator pedal umbea unapelekwa kwa ECU (control box) ili ijue namna ya kunfungua hiki ki blaa blaa THROTTLE cha kuruhusu hewa ingie kwenye Engine! Hii ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL iko na kile kiko ka ulimi ya mtu hiivi kufungua na kufunga๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ! Kuna mota (motor) ya kutembeza hiki ki ulimi!ย Na kuna sensor ya kuchunguza hiki ki ulimi kimefunguka kiasi gani๐ค!

Bila kufunga mfuniko wa kwenye tenki la mafuta, inasababisha upepo wa nje kuingia au ata mafuta kupotea kwa nja ya upepo (Evaporation)๐! Sasa, ili kuhakisha unafunga mfuniko wa tenki, kuna sensa iliwekwa ili kwamba usipofunga, kuna taa itaonesha kwenye instrument cluster au ata taa ya check-engine yenyewe…au kuna uchawi ECU inafanya kwenye gari ili isitembee vizuri mpaka ufunge huu mfuniko๐!
Jinsi unavyojua๐, ukiweka kitu chochote kilivyo kama maji (liquid substance) kwenye kama dumu hivi, ukichezesha (shake) hiyo dumu, kuna pressure inatokea! Sasa, ata maafuta kwenye tenki la gari, kila gari ikitembea obviously inacheza so yale mafuta kuna uchawi unatokea kuyafanya kubadilika kuwa ya upepo na kuongeza pressure kwenye tenki, ndo maana kuna FUEL TANK PRESSURE SENSOR yakuchunguza kiasi cha pressure kwenye tenki๐!
Hii sensor ilitengenezwa kwa uchwa waPIEZOELECTRIC EFFECT, ukibonyeza hapatulijaribu kuonesha maana ya huu uchawi, so na maana ina 3wires๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
Wakati gari inatembea, inachezesa tenki na kufanya yale mafuta (kama maji) kubadilika au ku evaporate kuwa upepo๐ค! Sasa, hii EVAP SYSTEM inaosaidia kufanya uchawi ili yale mafuta ya upepo yasichanganyike au yasiende kwenye njia ya mafuta ya maji! Hii EVAP SYSTEM iko na njia mbadala yakupitisha upepo kwenda kwenye manifold au nje ya gari kulingana๐จ!
Kuna ile meter ya kuchunguza kiasi cha mafuta kwenye tenki (tank), kuna pump, kuna ka sieve ka kusfisha hayo mafuta, na๐ค….jinsi tuanelekezana kwa hii video๐!
FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR
Zamani, kwenye mfumo wa mafuta ya gari kulikuwanga pipe ya kurudisha mafuta kwenye tenki yakibaki, sasa kwa hizi gari mpya kuna sensor yakuchunguza kiasi cha mafuta yanaohitajika NA ndo hayo mafuta yatakaporuhusiwa kutoka! Ndo sababu ingine kwanini unaona ka pipe moja kwenye tenki! Sasa, tulijaribu kumbushana uchawi kwenye FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR๐จโ๐ง
Ukitoa mugu kwenye accelerator pedal (ile yakuongeza nguvu ya gari) ata ule mfuniko wa kuruhusu hewa ingie kwa engine unaziba๐ค ina maana engine ikikosa hewa itazimika๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ! Sasa uchawi wa IAC valve ni kufungua ka njia fulani ile hewa ipite kufika kwa engine ata ukitoa muugu๐ au tuseme ukitoka kwa gari inaendelea kuaka!
Assuming kwamba unajua crankshaft au camshaft ni nini, sasa ili kuweza kujua muda gani wakati cylinder fulani inafanya kitu gani na inahitaji nini, hizi CAMSHAFT na CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR kuna uchawi unaziwezesha kujua ipi niaje, na kupleka huu umbea kwenye computer ya gari namna tulijaribu kumbushana au kuoneshana๐ป
Jinsi unavyojua, kifaa chenye uwezo kutembeza umeme kinabadilika kulingana ujoto au ubaridi๐ค! So computer ya gari inatuma umeme kuzunguka kwenye hii ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR , kuligana ujoto/ubaridi umeme (volts) zitazorudi kwa computer, either itapungua au kubaki niaje namana tulioneshana๐จโ๐ง
Hii KNOCK SENSOR ione kama microphone, inachukua au kusikilizia sauti ya engine na kupelekea ECU (control box) umbea! Sasa kuna sauti ya kawaida ya engine ambao ECU imezoea, so like mafuta + hewa yakichomwa kwa muda au mahali ambao sio sahihi ya kwamba sauti ya engine itabadilika, hapo ECU ikipata sauti tofauti ya engine kupitia hii KNOCK SENSOR itajua kuna uchawi wa engine knock (a.k.a detonation) umetokea!
Obviously unafahamu kwamba baada ya engine kuchoma mafuta + hewa kuna moshi unaotokea๐ค, sii unajua au unaona huo moshini chafu, lakini huu moshi unafanywa kuzunguka kurudi au kuungana na ile hewa safi inaotokea nje gari! Sasa, huu moshi kufanywa kuzunguka na kurudi kwenye engine kuna uchawi mwingi unatokea, kama kushusha temperature ya engine, kupunguza moshi unaotoka nje ya gari ili usiharibu mazingira, na blaa blaa blaa zingine! Sasa hii EGR system unakuta kuna sensor & actuator nyigi ambao unapswa kujua au kumbuka๐จโ๐ง!
Jinsi unafahamu, engine inahitaji mafuta & hewa ili vichanganyike vichomwe ndo engine ipata nguvu๐, ndiyo lakini kuna namna hewa & mafuta yanapaswa kuchanganyikwa (a.k.a stoichiometric ratio) as in kukiwepo mafuta lita 1 lazima hewa iwe kama lita 15๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ! Sasa, kukitokea na pamoja kuzuia uchawi kama mafuta yanakuja mengi au madogo, kuna hizi OXYGEN SENSOR ambao zinachunguza moshi unaotokea baada ya mafuta + hewa kuchomwa, so huu umbea unahusiana kuhusu hizo OXYGEN SENSOR, ziko wapi, zinafanyaje kazi, kupima nini, na blaa blaa zingine๐!
Sii unajua ufanyaji kazi wa engine, piston inanyonya hewa+mafuta alafu inagandamiza (compress) then blaa blaa kuchoma๐ง, sasa kwenye kugandamiza (compress) kuna hewa + mafuta ina bypass kati ya piston na cylinder wall kujikuta kwenye sump (dumu ya oil chini ya engine)! Sasa kutoa hii hewa kuna ka pipe kanawekwa ili kunyonya huu upepepo as we tried show in here๐ฌ
Kwenye AUTO TRANSMISSION, uchawi zaidi zaidi ni wa valve ambao valve zinategemea solenoid, zingine ni pressure sensor na temperature sensor! SO, kama ulihelewa vizuri kuhusu blaa blaa za hizi sensor kwenye system zingine, then ili muradi picha inakuonesha hii sensor iko wapi, then troubleshooting AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION troubles ni kama kunywa maji๐ป!
Uchawi kuweza blaa blaa ya ma sensor, control boxi, sijui actuators ni kujua mfano ni sensor gani, iko wapi, inafanya kazi gani, inafanyaje hiyo kazi as in iliundwaje (how it is made), nk!
